Charging your account
After placing your order, your account will be charged once your order is submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service to ensure that your order is correctly refunded.
Purchase on account with KLARNA
You shop in a relaxed manner, finalise your order and check the products at home in peace. As soon as you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation from Klarna and can then view all the information in the Klarna app or on the Klarna website.
You only pay once you have received the goods and invoice. You have 30 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice.
Not completely satisfied with your order? Watch out! If you return goods from your order, you need to register these items with Klarna. You can do this easily via the Klarna app or the Klarna website. Invoices are automatically paused while returns are being processed. As soon as the return has been processed, the value of the return will be deducted from the invoice and the invoice will also be amended in the Klarna app.

SSL technology not only encrypts information, it also assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct and secure computer server. If you are enrolled in the Visa Secure or MasterCard Secure programs, you will also need to enter your password to complete your transaction.
