For each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment options and to refer to other payment methods. You agree to receive invoices and credit notes exclusively in electronic form. If we make advance payments, e.g. in the case of a purchase on account, we may obtain credit information on the basis of mathematical procedures from Creditpass, Mehlbeerenstrasse 2, 82024 Taufkirchen, Munich, Germany, in order to safeguard our legitimate interests. For this purpose, we transmit the personal data required for the credit check to Creditpass and use the information received on the statistical probability of a payment default for a balanced decision on the establishment, execution or termination of the contractual relationship.

The creditworthiness information may contain probability values (score values) that are calculated on the basis of scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical procedures and include address data, among other things, in their calculation. Your interests worthy of protection are taken into account in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Credit card

Select your credit card - Visa and Mastercard - as the payment method on the order data page. In the next page Order overview click on 'Buy now' : in the following form please fill in the required fields (please pay particular attention to the correct spelling of your card number, the validity period and the verification code (only for Visa and MasterCard)) and confirm your entry by clicking on "Send order".

When you send your order, the invoice amount will be reserved on your credit card. The actual charge will only be made when the goods are dispatched. If you cancel your order, this amount reservation will be cancelled within 24 hours. If you return goods, we will refund the resulting credit to your credit card account within 24 hours.

Purchase on account with KLARNA

You shop at your leisure, finalise your order and check the products at home. As soon as you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation from Klarna and can then view all the information in the Klarna app or on the Klarna website.

You only pay once you have received the goods and invoice. You have 30 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice.

Not completely satisfied with your order? Watch out! If you return goods from your order, you need to register these items with Klarna. You can do this easily via the Klarna app or the Klarna website. Invoices are automatically paused while returns are being processed. As soon as the return has been processed, the value of the return will be deducted from the invoice and the invoice will also be amended in the Klarna app.

PayPal

Anyone with a bank account or credit card can easily pay with PayPal. You have the option of topping up your PayPal account by bank transfer or using the uncomplicated payment by direct debit or credit card. To do this, simply register on the PayPal website www.paypal.com

When selecting the PayPal payment method in the checkout area, you will be automatically redirected to your PayPal page after clicking on 'Buy now'. There you make the payment and then receive a confirmation from PayPal by e-mail.

If you return something, we will refund the resulting credit to your PayPal account within 10 working days or credit it to your previous orders whose invoices are still to be paid.
