This website accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.

Once you have selected a credit card as your payment method, you will be directed to a secure web page where you enter your credit card details: the name on the credit card, your credit card number, its validity period and the verification number. You then click on 'confirm'. In a few seconds, your credit card details will be verified and payment authorised.

When sending your order, the invoice amount will be reserved on your credit card. When your order is shipped, the invoice amount is actually debited.

3D Secure

For more security when paying by credit card in our online shop we use the 3D Secure procedures "Verified by VISA" and "MasterCard SecureCode". For this, you can register directly during online shopping or simply on the website of your credit card provider. You then enter your date of birth and credit card number and validity period in the appropriate fields and create your own security code. You will be guided through the registration process step by step.

After you have registered, you will be asked to enter your security code to identify yourself as the legitimate cardholder for each credit card purchase in the online shop.

After you complete the payment form, a request will be sent to your credit card provider. A secure transfer window will then open to ensure an exclusive data exchange between your bank and you. The order is completed as soon as the confirmation page with the order number appears. Do not close the browser window until your order is fully completed.

The payment process can only be completed if the correct security code is entered. If an incorrect code is entered, the payment will not be accepted.

You can also set a personal greeting which will then appear in the 3D Secure login window. If the displayed personal greeting is not correct, never enter your security code and contact your credit card institution immediately.

Some MasterCard providers require registration for 3D Secure from the fourth online order. To continue shopping with your MasterCard on the Internet without any problems from now on, simply register during the ordering process.

MAESTRO (Bancontact)

From now on, it is no longer necessary to have a credit card and you can simply use Maestro, which is present on almost all Belgian bank cards, to shop online. Thanks to Maestro, online shopping will be faster, easier and safer than ever. With Maestro, you can pay online in the same way and just as securely as in a shop. To make online purchases, you need a Digipass or a personal card reader that generates a unique transaction code. The process is very simple

When you are on the transaction page of the e-shop, select the "pay with Maestro" option Enter your card number (17 digits) Enter the digits listed on the payment page (referred to as "challenge") on your Digipass or personal card reader to generate your unique transaction code ("response"). Enter this unique code in the appropriate field on the website. Click "OK" and your payment will be processed.

Paypal

After your order is placed, when using PayPal, your account will be charged immediately once your order is placed. With Visa and Mastercard, the total amount is reserved with the order, and charged at the time of shipping. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service to ensure your order is refunded correctly.
