Free shipping
All Sarda orders within Portugal are delivered free of charge by DHL. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail contains a tracking link. In addition to delivery to your home address, you can also collect your parcel free of charge from one of our boutiques.

€3.95 for a standard delivery. Free for orders over 75 €.
Delivery time
Standard delivery Portugal: 5 to 7 working days. Please allow for longer delivery times during vacation and sales periods.

Sarda only sells and delivers within Portugal. Please note that we do not deliver to islands.
Delivery
Number of free delivery attempts: 2
After the 1st unsuccessful delivery attempt, the recipient will receive a notification card free of charge. Here, you can choose:
- Renewed parcel delivery to the originally specified address - you select the day.
- Delivery to another address that you enter.
- Parcel delivery to a ParcelShop of your choice (will be stored for 9 working days).
- Refuse acceptance: the parcel is returned to the sender.

Change or cancel order
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, the time frame in which an order can still be changed or canceled is very short. Please contact our customer service to check whether your order can still be changed or canceled. Please note that this is probably no longer possible. In this case, you can return your order free of charge upon receipt.
